Al Papa brought over 45-years experience in law enforcement and maritime & aviation security to Security Dynamics LLC.  He has significant experience with foreign, federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and private sector organizations.  Mr. Papa is a recognized authority in maritime/aviation security operations, antiterrorism, and maritime security personnel management, and is a senior member of our Maritime, Aviation, and Executive Protection Practice Groups.

  6. •Former Miami-Dade Police Officer with over 28 years of law enforcement service
